About Longfoot Guitar Services

Longfoot Guitar Services was set by Matt Longfoot after qualifying at the Leeds College of Music with a national diploma in music instrument technology. Matt was taught the original methods of making, servicing and repairing guitars that Fender and Gibson use themselves. The course was run by some of the countries best guitar luthiers who shared their lifes knowledge and love for the job.

Longfoot Guitar Services' workshop is based in Stamford (Lincolnshire) and is equipped with all the machinery, tools and materials you would come to expect from an established and professional guitar luthier, giving us the ability to undertake even the most complicated repairs.
